Does anyone know of an easy way to have a logo pulse to a heart beat sound I put to the audio line.

Is it as simple as crossdisolve in/out or is there a zoom in/out and a jitter or shimmy I should be looking at adding to make it seem more realistic. maybe even a glow in behind it?

I also have Motion and Genarts plugins that may or may not help …..

    Your thoughts are all appreciated….

    Tony,

Every once in while there’s gonna be an aspect of fiilmmaking that actually isn’t made automatic by a pluggin or a filter. In this case you’re looking at animating a graphic over time using simple scaling in the motion controls. Your best bet is to listen to the heartbeat and time it the rhythm of the beats in frames, and keyframe your graphic accordingly — i.e. something five frames up, five frame down… and then repeat… It’ll take you about five mintues to perfect.

I know you didn’t mention After Effects, but there is an After Effects plugin that does exactly that. It’s actually quite powerful.
