Header Design Needed
Hello,
I need some help trying to make a header design similar to that of: https://icomoon.io/ :main difference is that I want to use the world flags instead of just general icons. I also want to use a rotating globe (css rotation, along x-axis) in the center of the div (foreground) while the flags will be in the background will use a transition effect, not exactly like the icomoon.io transition (no duplicating ideas!).
The transparency/opacity (dark foreground over div) should be similar to that of icomoon.io, but I want the div colors to be black and white, and when hovered over I want the flags to change to their original colors. Can someone create this effect? If you will charge for this, please let me know your price, and I will need to see at least one sample, a video can be fine so it cannot be used, but I need to see at least one sample.
