    Thinking of upgrading to V12, but one of my suites is on an old Optibase HDX board. Does anybody know exactly which PROGRESSIVE framerates are supported? We’ll be using P2 format for import.

    Our HDx system allows all 625 and 525 lines formats, plus 1080i25, 1080i29,97 and 720p59,94 as standards for Input via SDI. You also can create all timelines that are available in e.g. Producer or the Aja-based systems, but I haven

    HDx hardware doesn’t support progressive HD media even though it does support 720p59.94 I/O. You can import P2 progressive HD media and edit it but you won’t be able to master it with HDx.

    You should contact M100 or your reseller, maybe you can get a deal on an upgrade for your HDx.
