Hdx-900 P2? Jeff Merrit confirm?

With the release date of the HDX900 approaching, I was surfing for some more up to date info on the HDX900 and came up with this from New Zealand:

Any truth to the rumor that a P2 option will be available for the HDX900? If so, is that a simultaneous tape/P2 option? If so, I’ll wait a few more months!

its not a p2 option that I know of
BUT you can simultaneously record HD content to the Firestore FS100 from the FW port on the 900 while also recording to tape. Note the FW port is HD onlygary

I think the camera you may be referring to is the AJ-HPC2000.
It is P-2 based – not tape based – and does SD and HD..Delivery date ? – TBA ?
