Just had a play with the HDX900 at inter-bee show here in Tokyo.Very nice and pretty easy menu.
I couldnt find any sort of auto white tracking that all the Sony cameras seem to have now.which you can assign to B switch on white balance.
Sometimes its very handy for doc work.Does the HDX900 have this, anyone know,I could never find it on the varicam either.

A small thing, but otherwise it seemed a really fantastic camera, and the price is amazing.(separate eyepiece
charge is abit odd)Just hope it becomes a universally accepted format!

There are now 12 HDX900 cameras in our small market. I think we can safely say that the format has been adopted here.
