HDV1080i Project to Vid Podcast
Hello, I’m working on an HDV1080i Project. What export settings from Compressor or FCP will give me the best result for video podcast format delivery?

I have had mixed results getting ipod compliant video out
of compressor. sometimes it works sometimes itunes refuses
to bring it in.so I always use mpeg streamclip to do it.
If its not very long, I would export an uncompressed version of it and convert that.
