  HDV project

  Hi guys,

  I am working on an HDV project.
  I finished the cut on Premiere Pro, an i opened the project on AE for Effects and Transitions.

  I know Mpeg doesnt work well on AE, but is there a way to automate the process of converting the clips i used to .avi?
  I mean, i have the Premiere pro project on AE and it have near 200 layers, and i need the clips to have extra 2 seconds for transitions. A script that transform the clips to avi, and replace the mpeg files in the timeline, adding 2 seconds at the beggining and 2 seconds at the end of each clip in the project window, but leaving the cut as it is on the timeline would be sick!, is that possible? or just dreaming?
