  HDV project settings for flash output

  This is a question about having the best settings for an HDV project that will end up as flash files…

  I am about to edit a project using HDV. I will be capturing video files from the Sony PMW. After the project is edited to completion, I want to be able to easily convert it to flash files.

  Are there are render settings and/or other system settings I should be aware of and use to get the best possible results – i.e., video files that will be easily amenable to conversion to flash files.
