HDV project Audio madness
I have an HDV timeline 1080/50. The audio from the clips is ok but when I want to import a 48khz 16 bit music the playback is full of glitches. When i play it in the viewer it is just fine but when i drag it to the timeline i get the problems. I have checked out more than once the sample rate of the material and it is definitely 48khz 16bit. In the audio video settings everything should be ok. Importing the same audio onto a dv timeline is ok too so the prob is exclusively with the hdv timeline. I even imported a quicktime file rendered in Motion and there is no problem with the sound.

Hi Kevin,
check out this : the rendered file sounds fine. If i place the song below a video clip it sounds perfect. If i move the song right on the timeline where there is no video it sound crappy. If I render a qt of it it is sounds normal. It’s not a corrupted project because i opned several new ones and re booted etc etc…
