HDV Playback Problem! AE Render stutters in FCP

I’ve posted the solution many times on the COW, I don’t know if you can search for the solution.

Two suggestions:

a) render from AE to Animation Codec. Let FCP render in the timeline.

b) render from AE to Animation Codec. Open movie in QuickTime Player then Export to HDV 1080i60
