HDV NTSC to PAL DV in AF
Hi!
I got a HDV NTSC material which I want to convert to PAL DV in AF. I have been using the program a bit but I would say Im still a newbie. Anyone who could tell me how I can do the convertion in the best and easiest way?

To convert NTSC HDV to Pal DV you could convert the NTSC to 720×480 with AE and than use DVfilm Atlantis to convert it to PAL. If you want to do the entire process with AE you could interpret footage at 25fps in a 720 x 480 composition. This will convert your video. You will than have to speed up the audio by 4% in your editing software.

Thanks for the reply and sorry for my late reply back.
My solution to the NTSC convertion to PAL was to do it in Final Cut Pro with the “Nattress” plugg-in and it worked absolute fine. No problem at all and a really great resultat, it took a while but is was really worth it.
