HDV, Log and Capture window won’t close, Force Quit…
When I’m done capturing HDV footage, the Log and Capture window will not close. It doesn’t do this when I capture NTSC footage.
I’m using the easy setup’s.
Any ideas?

Try trashing the FCP preferences.
There are no “technical solutions” to your “artistic problems”.
Don’t let technology get in the way of your creativity! -
try command-W instead. I’ve found that when using a tablet, the close button on the window can be very tricky to get to work. OTH the keystroke always works.

hit the play button on the control screen for your device then go immediately to the x on the window and close it. Works for me.
