HDV JVC quick question
Quick question: Shooting with the JVC GY-HD100, using both the tape and hard drive to record. However, it seems like the hard drive system isn’t really helping because we have to convert every clip as individual quicktimes and can’t go straight off the hard drive into Final Cut Pro. Is there something that can batch convert the M2t files or bring them straight into FCP because, as of now, it’s quicker to just digitize the tapes rather than convert the files off the drives.

What are you converting them with? Try SQUARED 5 it supports batch processing
