I am having an issue that I believe has to do with HDV footage and interpretation. Through Premiere 2.0 I captured HDV footage to a project. The clip was 00:01:26:02 in length. I then bring the MPEG created by Premiere into After Effects and the clip is now 00:01:27:12. Why is it longer in After Effects? To test this, I exported an MOV from Premiere and imported it into After Effects. The MOV was the same length as the MPEG. Can someone please explain to me why this is occuring? Thanks

I figured it out. Because the footage I was looking at was not very active I could not tell that Premiere had captured handles. I question why this would not show in my source clip in Premiere, but the actual clip was longer.
