    HDV Files Not Recognized

    None of our video HDV Video Files (JVC Camera to hard disk Recorder – which captures with a QT Wrapper) will import in to FCPX. “The Document Could Not Be Opened” is the error message.

    All software is updated to the latest. Even updated the FCPX App to the latest version that that did not change the problem.

    Any ideas here???
