  HDV Downconvert not capturing 24f (CS2)

  I have Premiere CS2. I set up a project with 24 frames DV to record in some footage from my Canon A1 that was filmed in 24f HDV. I turned HDV Down-convert on in the camera, hooked it up and captured. The captured file is still coming out as 29.97 interlaced. What am I doing wrong?
