  HDV Capture as ProRes

  Having trouble capturing HDV material using a Sony M35u deck connected direct to a blackmagic decklink hd extreme card using Hd-Sdi. I have captured footage flawlessly before but for some reason cannot get the correct settings to capture anything now. Does anyone have settings they use to Capture HDV source material as ProRes using a blackmagic card, as well as settings for video playback through a HDTV connected via HDMI to the blackmagic? Thank you.
