  HDV Blow Out

  Hi folks, I just wanted to thank Jerry Guerrero over at JVC in Cypress, CA. I did the unthinkable, I swicthed from DV to HDV and back again while my JVC HD110 was plugged into my Mac laptop. I thought I blew out my HDV board, which based on some blogs is well over $1,000 bucks.

  Well I lucked out because JVC has a talented tech like Jerry that knows what’s going on. With in two weeks of drop off, estimate, physical estimate and repair I was happy. The camera was dusted and cleaned and the DV part of the camera replaced along with some extra’s for no extra charge. I paid $275 and was out the door.

  Jerry has given me faith that JVC will stand by their products. Also it’s only $50 to get your camera estimate and you don’t pay until you agree. Nice. Great job Jerry!
