    Hi,
i usually export 3 differt exposure images from lightroom with edit>merge to hdr in PS then import back the 32 bit tiff and fine tune in lightroom again… but this time i hace a little alignment issue because i took the 3 images without a tripod

is there a way to perfectly align the 3 pictures and still have that 32 bit file to work with inside lightroom?

Sorta. You can do a photo merge in photoshop of all the images. It creates a layered file with masks for each layer. When its done aligning everything up, remove the masks, fill each layer’s blank space with white or black, then save each layer as an individual image and you should be able to use each one as a part of your HDR in Lightroom.

Mind you, I’ve never done this so I have no idea whether or not it will work, but you may be able to steal the individual actions from merging and put it together yourself if need be.

    Save early. Save often.
