  HDLink with Media 100 HD

  I am using HDLink with an Apple 23-inch display. It is connected to the HD-SDI output of the BOB.

  When editing an NTSC SD timeline with the Media 100 HD genlocked to an external SD blackburst generator, the HDLink does not properly process the HD-SDI signal and the display is black and shows an occassional horizontal streak.

  If I switch the Media 100 HD to “Internal,” the HDLink works fine and correctly displays the SD video according to my choice in Preferences>Video Out.

  Is this the correct and expected behavior, or is something wrong? I don’t have an HD deck available to independently check the HD-SDI signal.
