    HDe kept crashing

    Hello, I have MacPro Intel running OSX Tiger with HDe 12.0.2. Today it crashed many times, with error code 19004. So I reinstalled OSX, with new 12.0.3. Same problem, it kept crashing. Worse, now I can’t read my old Media 100i files, it seems the codec does not work (blank screen). How do I get the correct codec and how to install?

    Any help is appreciated.

    Are you getting the bug reporter when you crash? If you have submitted the reporter, what is your computer name? Send an email to support@media100.com with some specifics on how you are crashing. The Media 100i codec is natively installed when you install any version of Media 100 12.0.x so you should be able to see files that were created with the Media 100i codec.
