  hdcam or xdcam ex codecs

  I am working on a mc version 3.1.3 and need to export a Quicktime, xdcam ex or hdcam file 1080i 35mbs VBR to a drive to get sent off to the broadcaster. Is there a codec supported by my mc version for these and where could I find them?
