  HDCam 23.98 to ??? 23.98 Workflow Question

  I am not going to edit my HD 24p material in HD. I want to edit in SD 16×9 at the same frame rate and deliver a web movie and DVD at the same frame rate. What is the best quality codec/sequence-setup to edit this material? Will I be able to view it via my IO?
