Does adobe have a program that can edit HDCAM, HDV, and DVCAM all in one? I am using Prem Pro 1.51 and in DVCAM no problem, but HDV I get image brakeup on fast action clips. I have a request forHDCAM work and need to rent in the camera, and never worked on HDCAM

Pella, Adobe Premiere Pro can edit HDCAM but not without a capture card. It cannot capture HDCVAM footage through Firewire. You will need a card like the BlackMagic Decklink or AJA XENA HS card to edit HDCAM not to mention a massive hard drive array unless using the Cineform codec or something of the sort.

I would get a Xena HS since the next version of premiere I’ve heard will support it natively.
