  hd250u auto exposure problem

  If I’m in manual and I press the auto exposure button, it opens the iris all the way irregardless of correct exposure. Also missing the viewfinder f stop number, they show up as —- with the triangle indicator which seems to be working correctly. I’m new to the camera so I’m wondering it it’s just a setting or what.
