  HD to SD in a SD sequence

  I have some video that was poorly shot and I need to reframe it. So I thought that I could capture it at HD uncompressed resoultion (since the video is HDV), place it into an SD timeline, size it and move it to a proper framing. Well, that works great but my video looks blurry and sever loss of resolution.

  Has anybody tried this and what am I doing wrong?
