What’s the best sequence preset to use when importing uncompressed HD 1080p 3d animation files? I’ve tried setting the sequence to use ‘QT animation but it takes forever to render and pretty much kills the system. i’m wondering if i use the DVCPro HD setting if it will run smoother? If I understand correctly, the sequence compression and the final output compression are totally seperate. in other words, i can still render an ‘uncompressed’ or ‘animation’ QT file for the highest output quality, but use compression for editing the sequence in the timeline.

    thanks for any clarification…

    10-bit uncompressed is the best.
