Hello all. I have a couple of commercial clients that I create trade show video loops, usually “before and after” examples, client work studio photos, etc. I archive the orignal work files and media so that new material may be added later, or changes in their program can be updated.

I’m wondering about the file specifications for video in HD. If I target the resolution for still images at a standard video rate of 72, what value would I want to target for HD? And, should I figure that most (all?) HD will be in the 16:9 aspect? My hope is that any photos I crop and color manage now will be usable when I, and the clients, upgrade to HD standards.

    Thanks.
