HD Playback Coppy in Vegas 9.0
When I put M2ts files at 17Mbps from my Canon HF 10 Camcorder into Vegas 9.0 Platinum the playback is super choppy. So I render those files into .wmv HD at 8Mbps and they still playback choppy. Here’s the kicker though: In Windows Movie Maker the M2ts files playback a little coppy, but not as bad as in Vegas. Then the .wmv HD at 8Mbps plays back fine. Do I not have something set right?

What are the specs. of your computer?
If you have an under-powered computer
(meaning not set up to fully handle hi-def
specifications all around)….
you will experience choppiness in certain areas.Steve Rhoden
