We recently recieved a project that was shot HDCam 23.98 and edited at 29.97. The project needs to be onlined and uprezed back to 23.98. Does anyone have advice on what would be the best way to do this? What would be the best workflow for this process?

Export a 29.97 EDL. Use Cinema Tools to convert the EDL to 23.98. Import that EDL into the Online FCP system.
And talk to the person doing the online…they might have solutions. And don’t do this again.
