IF you could see it that is- there is not a way to see 720p24 on a video monitor, only a computer monitor
the SMPTE format for 720 video delivery is always 60fps.

Ah. I guess it was the 1080p 23.98 that I was monitoring that looked flickery. Good point Gary.
