    HD Link problem

    Hi.
    I have an apple 23″ Cinema Display that im using with the HDLink. the monitor randomly turns itself off and on. when not hooked to the HD link, it performs with out a problem.

    no wires are being bumped when this problem occurs.

    any idea what the issue could be?

    Hi,

    Can you you have a look at the SDI 4:2:2 light on the side of the HDLink unit and see if it goes off when the monitor goes on and off?

    The light does go off. The HDLink gets very hot as well.
