HD Link – Not Working
I just took the shrink wrap off a new HDLink. I plugged it. No red light. It does warm up. Something is happening inside there. I tried it with my Decklink HD Pro card and my Apple LCD. Nothing. I tried opening up HDLink Utility. Nothing. I tried multiple USB cables. Nothing. This is very frustrating. Any suggestions? I tried looking for trouble shooting info at the BM website, but couldn’t find anything.

No Led on a HDlink would indicate that the device is DOA. Please contact your reseller to organize a replacment unit.
