Hi guys,
I inherited an HD Link without a power supply. I’m not sure if it works, and I don’t want to spend $50 + shipping on a power supply only to find out that it doesn’t work.
If I could find a universal PS locally it would make me feel better. I know having the genuine PS is ideal. I’m asking you fellas if a universal version will be enough to test if it’s working, so I can GET an official one.
(or if someone locally had one. I could try it out…I’ll be in nashville saturday and sunday night, editing in a hotel room, and in chattanooga any other time)

Sorry, I realized the title of my post was super vague.
hopefully this new “sub-title” will help generate heaps and heaps of interest in helping.
