  HD Green Screen: 720P vs. 1080i?

  Hi, everyone-

  I have a very important green screen shoot coming up and I have a few options on how to shoot and capture the footage and I wanted to get feedback from folks smarter than me on this.

  Here are the details I know:
  1. I must deliver final graphics on HDCAM, 1080i, 29.97.
  2. I am planning on using Boujou 2d3 quite a bit to track most of the shots, and then moving to Cinema 4D and on to AFX for final compositing.
  3. Most of the shots will be smooth jib moves at a medium-fast pace, no fast or jerky movements
  4. I have the option to shoot at 720P or 1080i

  Since my final delivery is 1080i, my impulse is to shoot at 1080i, 59.94. However, I
