  HD Frames Skipping

  Please help, Im capturing from my xbox for Netflix through an HD PVR. It captures in 720p. When I put it in premiere pro and render, it will skip every few seconds and put in these random frames, making it look like a flashback or something. Even when I export w/out rendering I get the same thing. What am I doing wrong? Is it the project settings? I checked the source video in VLC player and it is completely fine, so I know its not the HD PVR. PLEASE help ASAP.
