  HD Extreme 3D and 720P30

  I edit with FCP. The main format I use for my shows is DVCPRO HD 720P30 (29.97). I have an older Decklink HD card that will only down convert 720P60 (59.94). Will the newer HD Extreme 3D cards be able to down convert 720P30 as well?
