  HD downconvert on DecklinkSP

  Exactly what HD formats are ‘all’ Decklink cards supposed to be able to downconvert? I’m trying to view DVCproHD on my SD monitor through a DecklinkSP SDI out. All Frames is checked in the View>External menu. I tried DVCproHD 720p24 clips & DVCproHD 720p60 clips with a variety of different settings on the Video Playback menu (trying to match up timecodes to standard def). I did a search here and found a few posts that address this issue but, none of the suggestions worked. I can only view the frame that I’m parked on when stopped, no realtime playback.
