  HD Cam capture and edit

  I have 2 hours of HDCam footage and a HDCam deck with HD-SDI output. What capture card is most recommended and what is the workflow after capture is completed. Thanks.

  Intel Q6600 4 x 2.4 Ghz quad CPU
  Windows XP SP2
  4 gig RAM
  500 GB system drive
  1 TB on board RAID
