    HD and SD in same project (CS3)

    Ive been working solely in HD but now need to mix SD and HD in a project. I cant use the whole 1920 X 1080 files – they dont fit the frame- in a 720 X 480 project.
    I think the opposite will be true in an HD project. Should I downscale the HD- and how do I do that?

    You can either reduce the size of HD footage to fit your SD project using the Motion>Scale effect or set “Scale to frame size” in Preferences>General BEFORE you import the HD footage.
    Beware…rendering will take forever plus 48 hours.
