    Hi!

I am trying to intercut footage shot in native 16:9 from an HVX200 camera with footage shot full frame with a DVX100.

What should my sequence or timeline settings be at in FCP? Presently when I bring in DVX100 footage, it shrinks to a ridiculous size.

Thank you! I Have a deadline!

Did you shoot the HVX in HD? That’s what it sounds like so what you’re seeing is SD 720×486 full size inside an HD timeline.

What are the clip settings for the HVX clips? If it says 960×720 or larger, that’s HD footage, not 16:9 SD anamorphic. If so, you’ll have to scale up the DVX footage or shrink down the HD footage.
