  haw can make effects

  hello every one
  today my 2 post over ps6 or ps any version users
  pls see my effect for broadcasting or using in background

  simple open a new file with any size

  brush draw with different size and colour on hole canvas like sample

  now use filter gaussian blur, effects comes like sample 2

  and last set curve like sample image effects comes.

  the sample are made by me with our best knowledge but I want to eagerly know another methods for making this effects.
