Recently, I have been able to easily add alpha channels to my graphics that I created for a video project. But the latest ones are turning out in reverse (lower video layer in adobe premiere pro is showing through where the graphic should be and is white all around it) and I can’t figure it out. I don’t know where I’m going wrong. Thanks.

Double check the alpha channel in your file, keeping in mind that black represents transparent and white represents opaque. If these are reversed you can select the alpha channel and hit cmd-I/ctrl-I to invert the values.
