Having Trouble Exporting 4K Video Resolution
I’ve watched countless videos in order to find a solution to render my video in 4k resolution. I changed the sequence settings to match the camera settings of my canon m50. I also customized my rendering settings. Some of the things I changed were:
Format: H.264
Frame Rate: 25 (3840×2160)
Profile: High
Level: 5.2
Bitrate Encoding: CBR
Target Bitrate: 200I also checked the Maximum Render Quality box and the Render at Maximum Depth box. My friend got me this version of premiere pro 2020 for free, maybe I’m using his account… not sure. But maybe it’s because of that? So not sure if I have to purchase it. I heard the having the adobe media converter may help? Could someone help me figure out a solution? Thanks

Your project settings seem ok. Did you try to render your sequence before trying to export it? If not, try doing that. Sometimes our sequences are so heavy with effects and stuff like that, that even Adobe Premiere has a hard time handling it. If the problem continues even after rendering the sequence, I suggest that you create a new project and use it to reopen your sequence inside of it. After that, you should be able to export it without problems. That works for me all the time. If everything that I suggested don’t work, you should try exporting your sequence in a different way. There’s a plugin available called AfterCodecs. It should help you to fix those problems. Check it out: https://www.autokroma.com/AfterCodecs – It allows you to export your videos following your desired format.
