Having several errors and in need of support! PLEASE!
Hey im trying to render my After effects composition in After effects and im having these errors. At first when i tried to render in After effects the program just crashed and now when im trying to render in AME im having this:

i’m not an adobe engineer but the jist looks like it doesn’t like that particular format for import. try transcoding it to prores, cineform, or dnxhd then import the new file. if it’s variable framerate(which i’m unsure as you haven’t posted mediainfo) you can try handbrake to constant framerate transcode.

Thank you for the quick response but do you think you maybe could explain a bit more specific what to do since im all new to the transcoding stuff you mentioned etc.
