Having serious problems
No matter how I render my videos that come out choppy on Youtube. The Adobe Media Encoder settings aren’t working. I have to change the target bitrate and ect.
I googled info and everybody has a different answer. How are people getting good quality videos on Youtube? There has to be something that people aren’t telling. Is is a secret or what? I see that many others have the same problem. How can I fix this?
Footage shot in a nightclub. This are in 1080 and I had to set the target and max bitrate to 10 and 15. These look ok but you have to have HD for them to look good.

These here are on my testing account where I test it first. 720-6-10 means its in 720- target bitrate of 6 and max is 10.
