Having a Transparent Background with TEXT
Hello.
This is a beginner question, but I am still quite new to AF.
I want to add name keys (lower thirds) to my time line in FCP. I’m using AF because of the ability to animate and control the text. I am able to create a cool text title with animation (no problem with the effects), but when I export it, it alway has a background color. Thus, when I import it into FCP, it blocks the person on the screen, and shows the name title and background color. I see the options in AF to change the BG color, but I want it TRANSPARENT. I can’t seem to find an easy online answer. Can some one please help!
Note: I have tried to use a green BG and key it out in FCP, but that’s rough. I would much rather export it out of AF with a transparent BG.
I am using AF CS3.
