    Have auto ripple effect volume envelope?

    If I have a volume envelope on time line & then do a split, delete part of clip & click on auto ripple should the volume envelope move left as well? If so how is it done?

    There is a button on the menu bar to lock envelopes to events

    Windows 7 Pro64, i7 CPU, 16GB RAM, SSD boot drive, GTX 570 Graphics, Vegas Pro 12

    Yep, that button gives you several Ripple options.
