  Hash mark after batch capture

  FCP 5.04
  2 Gigs RAM
  2 x 500 HD
  10.4.7

  After capture the file is not in the scratch folder and the red hash is still on the clip. I am reformatting the video drive and have trashed the preferences. Suggestions?
