  Has anyone ever used this product?

  Hey All,

  I was wondering if anyone has ever used this product.

  If so, can you please let me know if it was ever working correctly? Our’s has never worked right since we bought it. The company is claiming it’s our fault (even though they had 2 of their rep.’s down to our place for 2 days and couldn’t get it to work either)
